Shipping policy
UK Mainland
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, you can select either 1st class or express delivery. I’m afraid I cannot guarantee delivery dates with anything other than express delivery.
Outside of mainland UK and International Shipping
I do not currently offer shipping outside the UK.
Dispatch Times
I make every effort to dispatch orders of stock items received by 12 noon, on the day I receive them. Occasionally this is not possible. It’s just me in my studio, handling everything from planning, making, cleaning and tidying, social media, marketing, admin, packaging… so please bear with me and know that getting your order dispatched is always a priority.
Packaging Information
I use packaging that is environmentally conscious wherever possible but I do recycle bubble wrap and other plastic packaging from clay supplies that I have received and encourage customers to reuse the packaging that their orders arrive in wherever possible. If your order contains tape, packing peanuts and boxes, these will always be biodegradable or recyclable.
