I like to collect drift wood from along the Cornish coast, family expeditions to the beach consist of my Mother and my daughters scouring the shoreline for sea glass while I am higher up on the tide line searching through seaweed for pieces of old driftwood washed in by the tide. We are often laden with treasures to then have to carry it all back up the cliff path!
This piece of drift wood doesn't look that old but it's a perfectly stable piece for tea lights which illuminate the boats when placed behind them.
Every ceramic piece on here has been individually hand-cut, shaped and glazed ready to illuminate someone's home on these dark autumnal evenings.
